The Ministry needed a single patient platform across 30+ government hospitals — bilingual, accessible, deployed on the IL Landing Zone, with audit guarantees that would survive both an IS 5568 assessment and a journalist's open-records request.
What we shipped
A patient-facing portal in HE/EN/AR/RU with full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance; a back-office automation layer wired to local EMRs; 12 voice intake lines with HIPAA-grade redaction; signed audit on every patient-touching action; a runbook the on-call rotation actually uses.
The outcome
11 months from kickoff to production. 30+ hospitals onboarded in waves. 500,000+ patients served in the first year. Zero compliance findings on the first IS 5568 audit. The on-call rotation is now staffed entirely by Ministry engineers; we exited cleanly at month 14.
